Our Jewellery Guarantee

We provide you a 2 year guarantee on every item that leaves our store, including the quality and the workmanship solidity. If there is a defect, we will either repair or replace the item free of charge but we will not assume responsibility for defects that relate to accidental damage, neglect or misuse.
Additionally, we offer you a free ring size correction within one month of the receipt of delivery, if needed.

We realize that something as elegant as jewellery has to be made with the greatest care.

 

We spare no effort to provide you with the best quality products. In the last stage of the production process, each and every item is carefully inspected according to the order's specifications and our high quality standards. We also inspect every item very carefully before it is packed and shipped.

 

We choose materials carefully and use the best technology. We do not authorize the sale of defective products.

 

Also we expect our suppliers to pay special attention to the quality, durability and fine detail of our manufactured articles.

 

All of our products are finished individually by hand. Because automated moulding is applied in the first production stage, it is possible that some oversights could happen. For that reason we give you 2 years guarantee on all products available in our store. We wish to provide you with the best quality for any product you purchase. Two years is more than suffcient to reveal any defects that could have happened during the production process.

 

Any technological product defect will be repaired free of charge.

    A UNIQUE STORY
    One day a courier destroyed one of our packages during transport. The customer had chosen to receive the package at his place of business. Unfortunately, the receptionist did not make sure that the package was in satisfactory condition and accepted delivery. When our customer received it, he was horrified because the engagement ring he had ordered was to be given to his fiancé in a few days. He called us immediately. we empathized with his problem and fortunately we were able to help rectify this situation.
    Luckily, we had the mould and was able to reproduce his ring and send it to him within four days. We decided to keep the original damaged ring as a keepsake for the business:)
